I like adventure games with easy puzzles so you may like The Longest Journey and Amnesia the Dark Descent.

The Longest Journey is the standard adventure fare but has some of the best writing in a game and only a couple of annoying puzzles. The GoG version even comes with a guide which is really nice. Get this if you want a slower paced game with an amazing story.

Amnesia is a horror game with strong adventure elements. This is the one I would recommend if you want something... quicker or more exciting.

Amnesia looks great but it might be too dark(as in too hard to see, I like horror games) for me.

Just recently I was annoyed with Goldeneye on the wii for being too dark in spots.
