I'm turning here because after 3 attempts at getting a response through support, I still have nothing. This is an account I just created and I have no idea how else I might get in touch with someone in the company, hoping a moderator will come across this.

I love GoG. I had a lot of games. But now it's telling me there's no account associated with my e-mail address. I lost Planescape: Torment, Roller Coaster Tycoon, and many other great games. Why has this happened? Why can't I get in contact with anyone?? There's an option in support specifically for my concern, but I receive no assistance.

If any moderators see this, please respond! I need help getting my account back.
Strange, they're usually super fast.
Maybe the delay is because of the current big promo.
Give them some more time, expecially for such an important issue.

For a future reference please use a proper support contact form, since we haven't received any support tickets from you.
Ah lol, speaking of the GOGs..
