This is the error I get when I try and download the Art for Fallout 2. Every other download works, it's just this one that doesn't. What could be the problem?

404 is the error code that indicates that the file you are trying to access isn't actually there. The server can't send it to you, and tells you that via the error code.
This can have two causes:
1) You have the wrong URL (i.e. the download link is somehow incorrect)
2) You have the correct link, but somehow the file wasn't uploaded or later on deleted.
Just try again later. It's probably a temporary problem.

I have the same problem. Also with Fallout 2 Artwork. Maybe a linking mistake?
