We'd like to inform you that Zombotron will be delisted from our catalog on June 29th, 2PM UTC.

Everyone who owned the games prior to delisting will still be able to access them through their GOG Library.

I'll never understand, why the guys in blue don't link to the games in question.
Might bring them another last minute sale or two.

It would be helpful, but it's not like we can't find the game. ;) I'm just grateful they post a warning about delisting.
Pity. It's a solid good game

Oh sure.
But it also wouldn't add any extra work for them to put the link in their announcement.
I mean, they do it with every of their release posts.

Glad I already have it.

Thanks for the visible thread! When I saw the thread here I assumed it had been a sticky but I'm happy to see it's not an out of date message.
The reason seems to be the change of publisher, on Steamdb it's noted that a month ago the publisher changed from Armor Games Studios, which is still listed on GOG, to Ant.Karlov, so now he's basically self-publishing:

Has GOG even tried to ask the developer if he wants to continue publishing the game here?

Ant.Karlov is already listed for the game here on GOG, along with Armor Games.

On GOG he's only listed as a developer, bureaucratically it's an abysmal difference.

Oh, I see now. Hovering over the links on the "Company" line reveals that.

If it's only about changing the publisher, then, hopefully, this will be only a temporary delisting.

That's right, on the GOG store to the left of the slash you find the developer, to the right the publisher.

So if developer and publisher parted ways, obviously the game can no longer be sold even on GOG by the previous publisher. But if the new publisher wanted to (i.e. Ant.Karlov himself) he could get the game back on GOG. But he may have decided that it's not worth publishing the game on GOG, or simply no one has asked him what he wants to do.

It could, but it wouldn't be the first time the new publisher didn't care about getting the game back on GOG, so it could still be permanent.

Slight bump (I thought these threads were made sticky).
