I recently downloaded Witcher-Enhanced Edition. When launching the game I got a notice saying I needed d3dx9_35.dll because it was missing. Now after reinstalling the game twice with no solution and downloading other fixes from the web I am still stuck. Can anybody help?

search for directx web installer this should fix everything
