My wishlist says 1 in the list, but nothing is showing? what can I do to fix this?

What game is it? Maybe it's a game that was removed from the catalog.

1. Open your wishlist.json
2. Look for the product ID on gogdb.org
I don't know if there's anything you can do besides open a support ticket. You can try the account refresh option, but I think that's just to fix problems with missing games in your library. While logged in a web browser, open the following link in a new tab and let the page load. There won't be any confirmation that anything happened.
