I don't know exactly how you guys usually do these give away type things so I guess whomever sends me a personal message will get this...(?)

It's yours then. As soon as I can figure out how to give it to you. Gog does not do the personal message things anymore? I can navigate to a chat room but it says you are offline ...any help?

You can send a message even if the user is shown as offline (as long as the user allows messages by everyone, not just friend list). The user will see the message as soon as they log in.
