You’ve been talking to rocks too, huh? Rotflmao
It's gone for me as well.
Yeah, no PayPal button here either. They really should make some sort of sticky post about this...

Last email I got from them said they were getting flooded. I bet it's because of the server issues. They over 500 employees, wonder how many are support.

GOG only has like ~100 employees

I read the wrong thing but now it's saying 100 - 249 employees. So what is it. Haha
Yup same here, can't even pay with card, just gives an error saying my bank needs more confirmation blah blah blah. FML :( WTF
No PayPal option for me either, GOG's recent struggles are genuinely concerning me.

Semi-unrelated, but I submitted a refund request for a few games... GOG usually responds within a day or two, it has been 9 days now. And I paid for those games through PayPal, so if paying with PayPal doesn't return as an option by the time they get around to my refund request... what then?
I wonder if there's some form of maintenance happening in the background at the moment as I was encountering a number of GOG Bears before I was able to eventually logon after waiting about 30 or so minutes.

Ironic to this thread, a number of months ago payments I made via my credit were getting declined so I had to resort to PayPal for a while to be able to purchase GOG games. Then when I tried my credit card again a couple of weeks later, everything was fine again, and I hadn't even contacted my bank to enquire whether they were blocking GOG or whether GOG was blocking them.

However, I suspect that there is so much fraud going around that service providers, whether on my end or GOG's end, sometimes just implement temporary but broad blocks on transactions whilst they do whatever they do behind-the-scenes to sort it all out.
There was a technical issue on our end, PayPal payment method will be back in a moment

Too late for the deal I was hoping to get which expired over night. Really nice waking up like this :-(
Yeah same, pretty much all of the titles I was going to buy last night are now no longer on sale so I don't have a reason to buy shit now lol top tier shit GOG
While this did not affect me. I think it makes sense for staff to post on forum more often, than stay quiet about....anything. Losing sales is foolish over lack of communication. All it does is upset customers and off puts new potential customers.
Oh no... the limited supply of these goods may deplete because of my own folly! In attempting to purchase them at the last available opportunity, the only moment I could have chosen where an unexpected event could have prevented me from completing my purchase!
