I used to hang up on forum where people ressurecting the threads get punished with warning or points before banning, I didn't know or think that was imature practice. Sorry, gog community.

It's all good. I think the difference here is you're used to forums with, y'know, actual organization and the like. Here, we're so desperate for a thread that isn't another political, tech, or giveaway thread that we don't really view necromancy as bad so long as there's still fun to be had in the thread that was revived (necromancing dead giveaways or old tech threads that have already been answered, well...that's a different story).
That being said, as Darvond pointed out, sometimes people will use the (pretty much broken) search function to find a topic they're looking for, then reply before looking at the post date and realizing they just responded to somebody from 2015.

Necromancy might be illegal in Cyrodil, but it's not illegal in Morrowind.

Nothing wrong with a little necromancing, you gotta let people do their thing.
Chosen Ones slaughter Jedi orders all the time because they can't necromance, so they gotta avoid their secret wives' death before it happens, and apparently only old dudes who happen to be Sith masters in disguise are willing to teach this.

^^ That. If you don't allow folks to follow up in the threads and make them create a new thread, you're spreading answers around and that's a bad thing. The google bots may point to the wrong thread when folks try to find their answers.

If the owner of the forums really finds it to be an issue, you need an alive and active moderator who closes threads and links/ points people to where the discussion is being continued. Combining multiple threads is also a plus. To be honest, we don;t have that here at GoG.

A perfect example of this is the Kingpin sticky where the required patch has changed over the years:
