I see that there is no ticket created under the account that you are using to post on the forum.

Fenryla: I used the email I had in my main account to post the ticket, thought that way it would be quicker for them to find the mistake or error that was causing this. Should I PM you the ticket support number? I have been waiting since I posted the first message and still no answer, I only got automated emails to which I have replied
