Hi,

I'm new to gog, as soon i noticed that one of my favorite games is on sale i decided to pick it up. But there is issue. Just as soon i clicked to place my order now. Nothing happened, not even confirmation that everything went well, so i thought something didn't load and tried to place my order again, and now when i checked orders history, there is same game listed 3 times with pending order and 2 hours counting, what the hell? Does that mean i will be charged 3 times for same game or what? I have no clue what is going on.

For the last few days that the gog's server is having some kind of trouble, you're not the first person complaining about it, i think that you need to contact support.

uh, do they work during weekends? btw, i sent ticket to support before asked help here on forums, thought maybe people might know more.

I don't think so, they'll probably answer monday or tuesday, don't send any more messages until they answer.

Is the game in your library?
Can you check with your bank if you were charged?

The worst that will happen is that you'll wait a day or two after the weekend till support sorts this out. But they will do it, so don't worry.

Just out of curiosity, which game is it? I'm an old RTS fan myself.

Nope, game isn't in my library nor i have been charged for (yet?).

Well looks like i won't be able to purchase it at all.
