--Original announcement--
Piñata Madness is back – meaning excitement, mystery, and exceptional deals on some of our favorite hand-picked titles.

What is Piñata Madness?
For $3, you can buy and smash your own digital Piñata, each holding one of 100+ mystery games worth anywhere from $5.99 all the way up to $44.99.
Visit your Pinata hub, where can buy, open, and see everything Piñata Madness!
Just like real-life Piñatas, they'll bring you joy, surprise, and reward. Unlike real-life Piñatas, ours drop really good games instead of candy – games like Pillars of Eternity, Shadow Warrior 2, Heroes of Might and Magic, Victor Vran, and more!
It's a great way to broaden your horizons and try out games you otherwise wouldn't, knowing you're always getting a deal that's worth it. And if you already own every game included in our Piñatas, each game you drop will be a giftable code so you share the joy with your friends.

Weekly Megasale
If you'd rather know exactly you're getting, check out the Weekly Megasale featuring great deals up to -90% on some of our favorite titles including Darkest Dungeon, Shadowrun: Hong Kong, Heroes of Might and Magic III, and more!

The Piñata Madness and Weekly Megasale last until August 21, 2017, 9:59 PM UTC.

IFW: Bought 1, nothing.
Bought 2 more, just in case it has bugs like the forum... still nothing.

HELP! :)
From the pinata FAQ:

I bought a Piñata and can't find it, what's wrong?

Be sure to visit your Piñata hub, this is where you can view and open all your Piñatas.
Your Piñata should appear right away – but if you still don't see your Piñata, give us some time to process your order. If your Piñata does not appear after 24 hours, please contact our support team.

silent49: Bought a pinata and its not showing up in the hub
Same here. :(
I bought 4 like 30 minutes ago and still nothing in my hub
avatar
SpiderFighter: Thanks for Deadlight! I owned it elsewhere but am happy to have it here. The Piñata concept is an interesting way to do a mystery game, but I'll wait to see what people who have more disposable income than me are getting. ;)

Also: No link to the Weekly Megasale? It's not on the front page yet, either.
I bought 20 pinatas and got this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2M5u0V1WGSRMmktZUg3T2JFSDg

I had this problem too. Immediately contacted support. They asked me to refresh my account and try again in a few minutes. If I didn't see my pinatas within 24 hours I should contact them again. At first it didn't seem to work, but then I tried my laptop and everything works fine. It still doesn't work with my phone though. I usually use my phone to browse GOG and buy games. For reference my phone is a Huawei P10. My laptop is a Asus Strix GL502V running Windows 10.

you must 'crack' the pinata at the pinata page 'hit' the pinata , a small animation shows and voila ... the game is added, well it was added in my case ...

Anyway you should have received a mail and a preview message after ordering the game, always check your email and check if a tab opened with a preview mail message , and you can always check your orders in your account...

fortune_p_dawg: i think it would be quite bodacious to crack open a pinata and have it be full of brussels sprouts.
But iceberg lettuce is cheaper than a piñata:

I wish...!

I keep refreshing the hub... nothing.

Zoidberg: Can't buy pinatas, doesn't work. Button does nothing.

nightcraw1er.488: Did you goto the hub and use the button there to add to cart?
It actually did add everything to the cart. Feedback is nonexistent, that's the issue.

Bought one and nothing to open... seems I'm not the only one.

you got some nice games... thimbleweed park ( i bought it when it came avaialble)
i always seem to end up with bad games, shooters, fpp or buggy games
but i have all good games i like already so chances i get a game i can use are extremely small.

Anyway it all has to do with luck i never had luck, the good thing is i can't run out of it :D

So can't crack them.
high rated
I love the idea of the piñatas!
For all us long-time GOG users, though, are there really any of us with such small backlogs that we need extra random games to play? =p

I'm not tempted by the piñata as a stand-alone, but I might be tempted by a piñata that comes along with other purchases. Like "complete a collection and get a piñata!" might get me to purchase the latest Ys game I've been eyeing anyway.

Keep up the creative ideas, GOG!

I'd prefer brussel sprouts over a game I don't care about (don't taste much, but they're okay). I'm too stingy and backloggy to enjoy the "thrill" of these potential money-down-the-drain "offers".

I don't even like having just any game added, because "hey it's free". I haven't forgotten/forgiven GoG for dumping Jagged Alliance: Deadly Games into my account (didn't do anything to deserve that). Don't remember when, but fortunately it's at the bottom of my library so I don't need to see it that often.
Nothing on my Pinata hub either. It's been only a few minutes for me though.

Fun little way to get me to spend $3. Well, $6 in my case since I bought two. I prefer GOG over other random game bundles because at least they'll be DRM free.

Have you tried refreshing your account and/or a different browser and/or different a different device(laptop, desktop, smartphone, tablet) etc?
