That game isn't on the list. Please familiarize yourself with how this giveaway works by reading the first two posts in this thread. The forum search function and Google are both terrible ways to tell how much recent activity you have on the forum, but unfortunately they're the only tools I have at my disposal. According to them, you seem to be new here, so you don't really qualify for the giveaway yet. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the forum and make some meaningful posts and/or tell some jokes here and there in threads that aren't specifically for game giveaways, and before you know it you'll be eligible. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of this giveaway, which are located in the first post of this thread. In the meantime, someone in the community gifting thread might be able to help you out. The only way to fast-track the qualification process is to donate some keys. I'm just trying to make sure you're not only on the forum to get free games. Donating isn't mandatory, but it's a good indication that you're not just here for free games.

The available key list on page one not up to date? Tropico Reloaded was no. 21 on the non-daggered list. I assumed as it was edited yesterday that it was the main updated list.

I was aware that I may not have been an active contributor, instead of just looking around and not posting, long enough to be eligible, I just tested my luck. I'm also aware donating isn't mandatory, it's cool that active people share their unused keys for people to enjoy. It's why I donated borderlands to the Non-gog list.

To be fair, the game is on the list, but pay attention to everything else finkleroy said and all the rules in the first post.
And in those rules it also clearly says that being reputable has nothing to do with the rep value. There are a fair number with low or, more often, negative rep that are very much eligible and may be a few scammers using alts or bots to artificially raise their rep who wouldn't be. Being reputable in the sense of this giveaway basically means to be recognized by others as an at least somewhat active forum user, outside giveaway threads, with a positive, or at least non-negative, contribution, so not a scammer or bad troll for example.
