No. Your changing nominations and requests is way out of control. Your previous nomination of that user for Risk of Rain stands. Effective immediately, the rules regarding nominations that are in effect in the non-GOG giveaway are effective in this giveaway, as well. I will update the rules when I get the chance after the excitement dies down a bit. It's sad that it's come to this, but here we are.
