If the OP went with "The Prisoner" instead we could have had an actual argument here. WIth "24" the best order is episode 1, episode 2, episode 3, why the fuck am I still watching this, episode one of something else...

"Quantum Leap" could be watched in any order.

Well that post almost made as much sense as an episode of The Prisoner.

There's quite a few shows like that. The fun with The Prisoner is that there is some order, but other than the first and the last two episodes it's all up for debate. It's definately not the way it was aired, not necessarily even the way it's on the DVD.

The best order to watch the first season of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in is 11, 1, 2, 7, 3, 9, 8, 10, 14, 4, 13, 12, 5 and 6.

That show jumped the shark way too early.

It certainly did in season 2, when they repeated the same episode eight times.
