Please delete. I was trying to figure out why my other post wasn't working.

Turns out, I can't link to the FAQ, but when posting a new topic you don't get an error message.

I heard that you won't be able to link or attach pictures if your rep is too low.

Which is perfectly reasonable, but the error message doesn't show up when typing in a new post in the pop-up window, thus you cannot know what is happening :D
