Doesn't look like good news to me.

I don't even like RTS games with the exception of Warcraft 3 (original), but I'm wishlisting Warpaws anyway for the cats.

Warpaws reminds me of S.W.I.N.E. a little bit.

Not to be too over-dramatic, but the "acquisition" of 1C by Ten Cent is another step towards dystopian Corptocracy. Ten Cent, Microsoft, Google, Disney each trying to absorb anything smaller than them. Eventually, they will turn on each other and then there will be One. Mom's Friendly Megacorp Welcomes You To A Better Tomorrow™.

Also, I remember when the idea of Dystopian Corptocracy was just a sci-fi sub genre, (Philip K. Dick, Futurama, older Fallout games) rather than, "Yep, that's the most likely outcome of current trajectories".

Eh, maybe a little over the top, but still.
