When I click contact us and select technical problems as the issue it does not take me somewhere to contact staff. Instead just to game support which does not help me at all. Any help with contacting support.

Click on the game you need support with, and if you don't find a solution there, on the right side of the page you will see some link that says "I can't find solution for my problem" and then you ought to be able to fill out a support form.
