I'm not on about any rules - just the debacles of recent - in which it may be a good idea to announce the winner in thread (if you're not already in the habit of doing so) at which point, there's a little more security form a few angles (including the regfit scenario) that all member of the group can quietly be a part of. At least if bad things happen and the winner is announced, any scam / folly may be reported sooner that later (i thought youd commented on the last page or so prior?).

Does that make a bit more sense (sorry - getting late here!)
