I love Desperados though for some reason it always gives me a head ache. If you've ever play Legend of Sherwood it's almost identical only harder and with cowboys.

On the other hand, I don't think you missed that much. I really wanted to like the game, I like the themes of voodoo, African religions, magic and exploring alternate realities, even the intro was solid, but the game was full of mundane shooting and jumping and shooting of generic monsters... and the controls were poor. Heavy consolitis too. I just gave up.

Desperados looks a lot like commandos maybe even created by the same company and if thats the case then yes its worth it if you love rts:) I wonder about ftl tho. Btw snatched a copy of desperados in the last round.

Hey everyone! I've just been lurking mostly (other than buying games), but I'll be gone for the next 45 min or so. If someone could grab me Desperados, Betrayal at Krondor & the next two Sam & Max games I'd be more than happy to repay you via paypal!!

I'll post when I'm back so no one is buying anything I don't need :p
