Why is my post in this topic "low rated"? Also, why is the original post in this topic "low rated" (which is particularly obnoxious as it makes it difficult to tell when there are new replies to the topic).

Breja: Seriously? We definately know more about Jyn than Ray or Finn. Hell, we even know more about Cassian and the two temple guardians. And I definately cared more about all of them then I ever did about Ray and Finn... though that's not hard considering I didn't care about them at all.

DaCostaBR: I stand by my original post on this, we may get more backstory on Jyn, but I think her and most of the cast is bland and lacking personality in comparison. Not terrible, they do what the plot requires them to, but aren't very captivating beyond that.
Guess it's a metter of personal preference. I find Ray to be possibly the blandest, least charismatic lead I've ever seen, while Jyn I genuinely like and if she wasn't one with the Force now I'd like to see more of.
