pls anyone suggest me good shooting game like "BLACK"

What features are you looking for? I've never heard of the game before, and looking at a video I can't tell what makes it special to you.

That YouTube from Ice Mage put me in mind of F.E.A.R.

To me the best fits are games and series like: Clive Barker's Undying, Blood, Serious Sam, Redneck Rampage, Shadow Warrior, Rise of the Triad, NecroVisioN, ...

Far Cry.

Most of the mentioned are nothing like Black.
F.E.A.R. would be closest, if less arcade'y maybe Soldier of Fortune 1/2.

If military themed shooters is what you want, perhaps try IGI 2.

Halo, Far Cry, Crysis, Call of Duty - they all play kinda like Black on the PS2.

I suggest Car Fry.

Games should be preserved, don't shoot them.

As Breja already stole the joke I was going to make, I'm also going to suggest in a different direction instead of the military Spunkgargleweewee. (I hold nothing but utter contempt towards military shooters.)

You can actually search for Shooters here on GOG. Despite the search parameters being fairly limited, the shooter genre does have its own search term. Sure, you'll have to browse through some shmups, a couple of third-person perspective shooters, a few action-adventures and just a number of FPSes that don't meet your criteria (I don't really know if GOG has an FPS that's all that similar to BLACK, but then again I never played BLACK, I heard of it and I remember a few friends playing it on the PS2).

I'm not really sure what you're looking for with "games that look like BLACK", but I tried to narrow down my suggestions to games I think resemble my memory of what BLACK looked and played like. I could recommend you some other FPSes I absolutely adore, like the Metro trilogy, Outlaws, Blood, both Turok games, the first two DOOMs, etc, but those don't seem to fit your description, so I'm sticking to the ones I listed.

The obvious suggestion: have you checked out "WHITE" already?
