If you used Paypal you could always issue a chargeback. You can do it within 30 days of any purchase for any reason. This bypasses the policies on any site, but the companies won't like it and may restrict your account.

Beware - if the credit card data used to buy this key was stolen - AFAIK the key might get invalidated, and game can disappear from account on which it was used. In that case - complains should go to the seller.
