Many good memories of some of her hilarious songs & stand up routines.
This year just keeps racking up the losses :(
Wow.

That was a shock... absolutely loved her, her routines (and songs) were hilarious and never failed to make me laugh..

She will be missed :(

A real shame, she was so funny.

Her funny songs were always my favourites.

This is one hell of a way to find out...

"I've just come out of a matinee of My Mother Said I Never Should. I'm sitting there at the end thinking Maureen Lipman is VERY good, crying so realistically like that. Then during the curtain calls she stops us from clapping to tell us, with tears still pouring down her cheeks, that Victoria Wood has died. I've never heard a theatre gasp like this. Very emotional."

Been going through some of her stuff. Had a weird thought, would really like to have seen her & Tim Munchkin do some duet. Can imagine that would be funky :)
Sad indeed. A hilarious woman.

Her best song has already been posted (twice), but here's another excellent one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zB0yS7eAhRo
