What are you trying to upload? Bear in mind that forums avatars are 49x49 in size and I don't think that bigger ones are used anywhere on the site.

Gilozard: EDIT: Hm. I uploaded an image and it looked like it worked, but nothing has changed yet in the forum. Is there a delay of some kind?
If it is cached it may take some time to appear on forums - has the image on your account changed?
