Thank you GOG for accepting to release interesting games like that. :)
Took a long time to show up here...
Been waiting for this one. Why doesn't Zachtronics do day 1 releases here?

Also, given the apparent interest in the genre here (you do have quite a few programming games here by now), please consider again trying to get Mindrover: The Europa Project onto the store.
Looks interesting! Is it similar to TIS-100?

Impaler26: So this game is not "too niche" for GOG? Very funny! :D

And where is SHENZHEN SOLITAIRE ??
No need for that. The solitaire game is included in SHENZHEN I/O.
It only makes sense if you only want to play the solitaire game. ;)

Yes. Bigger, shinier, same awesome developer.

edit, re: thread:

It's a game, people.

After Spacechem was released, Zach wrote a post somewhat regretting the theme: people were passing on the game because "ew chemistry, I can't chemistry". Now (Shenzhen, and TIS earlier) people go "ew programming, I can't programming".

It's a puzzle game and a toy that also happens to teach programming concepts, like pyramid toys teach about shape and size and roguelikes teach risk management and online shooters teach rhetorics. It's designed to be accessible and fun.

Seems interesting as well, thanks for the input. Voted for it on the wishlist:

SirPrimalform: Nice!
This is also pretty amazing and it was included in a tiny corner of my mind, labelled "humm that would be cool to see on GOG" ;P
Damn you mind readers!

Believe it or not but there actually might be people who are only interested in that Solitaire game, especially since it only costs 2.99€. ;)
Cool to see Shenzhen I/O show up on GOG, instawishlisted.
Another one I can scratch from my Humble wishlist and put it on my GOG wishlist! :)

Now, if only I could get around to complete Spacechem, TIS-100 and Infinifactory first...
Glad to see this here! I enjoyed both Tis-100 and Spacechem, and I've had this on my radar as well.
It's a bit on the pricey side for me, so I'm not sure I can justify buying it right now... I need to ponder this for a bit...
It's interesting that things like this exist. I'm not nearly super nerdy enough for it to appeal to me though. That solitaire game looks decent though; it seems to be a variant based on Freecell mechanics.
Game looks fantastic, I loved TIS-100
Wishlisted for now as it is too pricey for me at present. I'm going to wait for at least a 30% off, then it will be instabuy.
