Here we are now, entertain us!

Rayman Raving Rabbids™, a whacky action game overrun by a horde of rabid invaders hungry for fun, is available now DRM-free on GOG.com.

“Madness is something rare in individuals — but in groups, parties, peoples, and ages, it is the rule.”
-Friedrich Nietzsche-

It's hard to imagine this bunch of fun-craving lunatics slowing down long enough to read this line. Yet, it sums up their antics perfectly. For this army of fluffy, hyperkinetic rabbity things known as Raving Rabbids™ is so out of control that even Rayman has a hard time keeping up with them. See, our beloved, limbless punch-man was having a quiet picnic when he got captured by the invading rabbits and forced to compete with them in a variety of silly, outrageous, but undeniably fun challenges in order to keep them entertained. Don't know about them but it works wonders on us!

Join Rayman's hilarious attempts to beat the bunnies in dance-off competitions, animal races, or arena fights and collect enough plungers to build a makeshift ladder and escape his cell. Got to admit: the unhinged, lovable critters may have a twisted sense of humour but at least they know how to (LAN) party!

Face legions of mischievous lagomorphs and keep them smiling like mad in Rayman Raving Rabbids™, DRM-free on GOG.com.
Is this the red headed stepchild of Rayman series?
Glad to see a more 'recent' title from Ubi around here. In any case I will pester them via twitter once the current HB is over.

That Nietzsche fellow was pretty smart.

Hard to believe the game is already ~9 years old. Wonder why it took Ubisoft so long, but it's nice to see they're still releasing new ( old ) games here.
Wahh!! Another horror title!!

DoctorGOGgles: A new Ubisoft release? Great!!!

Now bring the rest of the Rainbow Six and Assassin's Creed series to GOG, please!
And Splinter Cell. Getting XIII back would also be nice.

MacArthur: A new ubisoft game ? Tfishell is going to be happy :)
It doesn't have the same affect as a new EA, Square Enix, or Activision release would have had, but it's certainly nice to still see Ubi games coming here.

I do hope we'll see some of the games and expansions that people like ElmoFongo have mentioned, but imo there's virtually no chance of games coming here if uPlay is required for single-player.

I'd kill to see the rest of Tomb RAider and Hitman available here.
I say kill, I mean Maim.
Well by maim, I mean gratuitously tickle.

I've also put a Thank you thread on the Ubisoft forum

It's cool that we're getting a new game from Ubi, but I suspect this is one of the last games anyone would have wanted to see.
Damn ... I also wanted to appreciate Ubisoft releasing a relatively recent game. Then I noticed it's almost 10 years old.
Where's Rayman Legends ?
Some other Ubi ideas: Sub Culture (using nGlide, in theory), Cold Fear, Will Rock

gamesfreak64: you mean the rayman game?

well TBH i dont favor these game aswell, i am not a platform man, i think i have 1 maybe 2 or 3 platform games
i have unepic here on gog.

The one platform i did enjoy was alreadyon vic20 i guess and upwards from c64: it was that little man running and destroying blocks with his laser hand, simple limited color graphics but i like it.
The blocks would 'heal' and if trapped inside you lost a life, also good for getting rid of the attackers.

I am mainly keeping an eye on adventure games like wadjet eye's, and annas quest, maniac mansion, zak mckrakken
and stuff like that.
i am still hoping for Touché: The Adventures of the Fifth Musketeer, and Bermuda Syndrome ( yup thats a platformer)
i have these on retail cd, got these when they came out.
Don't worry this isn't a platformer. :P
More of a minigame collection.

Licurg: Where's Rayman Legends ?
I know right. I for one would rebuy it to have a drm free version.

IAmSinistar: Oo, ta! Finally a chance to try out this batch of lunacy. :)
That's just what I was thinking. I've heard of this from some of my console friends but not sure how well it works in the PC environment.

Does anyone have thoughts as to how well it works on PC and I presume it has local co-op?
