Return to Castlevania – biggest DLC yet to the excellent, highly-praised 2D action-adventure platformer Dead Cells is now available on GOG with a special -40% discount on the base game, a -27% discount on the Return to Castlevania Bundle containing the base game and the DLC itself, and a -20% discount on Medley of Pain Bundle containing the base game and all the other DLCs (Return to Castlevania, The Bad Seed, Fatal Falls, The Queen and the Sea). Return to Castlevania sees The Beheaded (protagonist of Dead Cells) enlisted by Castlevania’s vampire hunter Richter Belmont and his ally Alucard to help in the fight against dangerous enemies such as werewolves, skeletons, vampires and… Dracula!
Besides slaying hordes of Dracula’s supernatural minions, what we can expect is:
Unlocking 14 iconic weapons such as the Vampire Killer, Throwing Axe & Holy Water – each translated into the fast-paced combat of Dead Cells while keeping their original essence.
Satisfying exploration of Dracula’s Castle filled with secret rooms, flame-lit corridors, gloomy tombs, beautiful paintings, food hidden in the walls. All the areas full of original monsters from the series, such as harpies, werewolves & haunted armors.
Ability to unlock 20 outfits as we progress through the castle, letting us roleplay as all your favorite characters like Alucard, Richter Belmont, Simon Belmont, Dracula himself.
Amazing boss fights in which we will fight against the very essence of evil in two intense duels versus Death and Dracula, both set against a majestic backdrop. And if you can survive these gauntlets, prepare yourself for Dead Cells’ most ambitious boss showdown yet.
Access to an alternative soundtrack made of 51 of the original Castlevania tunes, that can be heard across the entire game, and 12 of the most iconic tracks, such as Vampire Killer, Bloody Tears and Simon Belmont's Theme, reimagined in the style of Dead Cells.
