I was selected to be a beta tester from the start (lucky me) and i fell in love with the application. But yes i dont do social media and i only created this account since my bug report seems to keep being ignored....however the critical glitch of refunding a game and yet retaining full access to game files which are playable as normal should have been fixed by now.

buy game (wallet cc doesnt matter) -> install-> refund request-> wait for approval of fund to wallet -> wallet fund loaded -> buy new game... and still have the old game properly installed and running well and can be repeated in an infinite cycle

Additional bugs is that games not in my steam or gog library show up EVEN AGTER I REBUILD MY ENTIRED LIBRARY

That's how DRM free works. It relies on the users being honest and not performing software piracy/fraud.

You're supposed to uninstall the game when you refund it.

So you're complaining that DRM-free is, er, DRM-free?

You no longer have access to the game in your account, so you won't have access to updates and won't be able to download the installer again if you lose your backup copy, or didn't keep one around in the first place, and want to reinstall. The rest is based on trust.

Says a lot about the state of things and how much the proponents of DRM brainwashed gamers (and not only) that something like this can be brought up, that someone can't grasp the concept of no DRM, to the point of considering it a bug. thanks! u got it wrong bro i just havent heard about it in anywhere and my concern was it was a glitch tat is soon to become a blow out exploit. i only inquired about it to know whether or not its being monitored ... but before , this wasnt the case. refunded games were wiped form hdd or or rather i knew it was gone cus i could not see the installation file

something changed and this was concerning to me since all my bug reports , contacting service has led to no one reaching out that they know and monitoring the situation maybe i didnt notice it but in old gog i never had to do tat it was gone.... i would know i have 130+ games (excluding free ones)

not wat i was asking... i found this to be knew even if it was old knews i was simply inquiring as to wtf was going on tats all cute sadly i saw a situation where an early access game was still receiving the updates even after it was refunded!
i get the trust fact for those completed games but i honestly don't remember this an issue in old goh

I'm pretty sure if you did this enough times (say 10-20) they would just lock the account from being able to purchase. Or a note that the refund policy doesn't apply to you anymore due to excessive refunding and it's safer either you can't refund or you can't buy.
