I just bought some games yesterday, now I am trying to ask for a refund for a few that just crash or don't even run. Every time I go to the refund page it keeps reloading itself, the game will pop up, but go away and loops it. Is this a problem or does gog really not refund?

Use either GOG Galaxy or a different browser with no add-ons and default settings. If the problem persists, open a support ticket if you haven't already.
