I purchased the game RollerCoaster Tycoon deluxe back in December and had to get laptop rebuilt, how will I get this redownloaded?

Go to your account->Library up top, type in your game ('Roller' will probably find it), select it, and then probably download it as a single file (as it won't be large enough to be in parts or have issues). That.... should be it.
