SimonZephyr: When I opened up the folder with the downloader, it had no uninstall.exe

rtcvb32: If the program isn't present in the 'programs and features' section in your control panel, it's pretty safe you can just delete the program folder and call it good. There will be lingering remains in your $user$/appdata/ folder, but the downloader shouldn't have installed anything that actually needs special removal or extra features, and as nothing is likely to depend on the downloader it's safer too. (Reminds me of making programs that rely solely on the standard library, makes installation without dependencies a cinch :) )

Optionally if you delete the folder and then find it in the 'programs and features' section, simply click 'uninstall' on it and it will tell you the folder is missing and offer to remove it from the list.
Thanks, this is what I'm looking for. I think if I changed my mind, I think I can still download the downloader.
