So, I go to the game options and turn off Always Run, and then Done, but when I go back to the game, my character is running. When I look at options again, Always Run still says on.

It's rather annoying running everywhere when I would like to walk. I don't know why the option keeps reverting to always running...

Try running the game as admin.
