Good to know. I thought they should be under the bell icon.

If it's broken, how do you people keep the conversations timely?
It's nice to see that GOG keeps adding new features. Maybe next month they will give everyone zero achievements. :)

That's for wishlist and chat notifications. I guess if you choose to be notified when an upcoming game is released, that goes there as well.

I check forum replies regularly.
Oh so it wasn't just me after all? Huh...

Ice_Mage: It's a widespread issue that affects multiple accounts, including staff members. I had a support ticket open about it, and I'm sure others did too. I'm positive all the relevant people are aware by now.
I have this problem as well. What makes me really angry is that GOG obviously have this set really low on their priority list. For me it is a hassle since I am unable to see which games my friends own because of this bug. Should not be that hard to get it fixed but this being GOG it might as well stay this way forever.

Nope. Looks like their server communication (and also between different servers) is still not sorted out since - according to rumors - moved them. Some people still have to deactivate IPv6 or change DNS in order to use GOG. It would be quite safe to assume that internally they face the same problems. And the number of games on the profile is very likely one of the most unimportant problems they have to fix.

Lol. That page doesn't load for me. I have to use Adalia Fundamentals and Barefoot Essentials to keep track of conversations.
Hasn't for a few years. Submitted a ticket to GOG, and after the usual "clear cookies/ account refresh" they just closed the ticket. Twice. The 3rd one they left open to respond if they fix it. That was let me check... over 3 years ago now.

I've noticed this problem was there since the 15th of this month, probably it could even be there from a longer time. But if it's actually one symptom among many... then yeah, we've got bigger problems.

Kazserah: Made a new thread here because the old one is marked as solved even though it's not. (https://www.gog.com/forum/general/my_profile_shows_zero_games_why)

So basically even though I have 80 games and can access them in my library, my profile shows 0. The drop down menu no longer shows any number. This happened after I grabbed the CDPR Goodie Pack.

Fix this GOG!
My game count hasn't been updating for over a month, despite me adding games to my library. Now the counter is just missing. Don't know if this is a symptom of a bigger problem ahead.

There it is. Otherwise manual checks'd be a nightmare. You have to be my friend, you are very helpful. Thank you again.

x-code: They havent authorized their own url to grab your profile stats, so it fails to populate the data
It would be pretty jaw-dropping if someone on the forum figured it out instantly, while we've been waiting with no news since early November.

It reminds me of the worst support experience I've had here. A ticket that dragged on for over 6 months, and in the end the support agent stopped responding and it was automatically closed. I was having trouble with cloud saves in GOG Galaxy failing for all games after about 1 day. I've since given up on the feature altogether, but someone on the forum seems to have figured out that LSASS.EXE needs Internet access.

I remember someone else having that problem. I think if 3 years have gone by without a fix, odds are there's no one working at GOG who understands why the issue is occurring. At least you have some kind of workaround.

You're welcome. We can be forum friends. I don't use the Friends feature because it would just notify people when I play single-player games and I don't want that. I'll reconsider it if I get into co-op or multiplayer, but that's not likely to happen any time soon.

I think it's load related. People with a lot of posts and older accounts have difficulty getting that page to load. If you post here a lot, eventually, you will too.
