KiNgBrAdLeY7: Nah. GoG devs team aren't doing anything on it. Won't happen. I sent the support team this as an issue, quite some time ago, before scratches was gone from here. They had not even answered to me. And that was a first for all these years.
Well, GOG just gave an excuse to some people they didn't picked the right type of inquiry.; suuuuure the customers are to blame and add to that sometimes i can't reallly decide which type of inquiry is better than another .....and i end up with a ticket without real answer because i choosed a category which has a low priority.

Scratches was removed?? Damn, I had this one on my wishlist for ages. Had I known, I would certainly have bought it last minute.

There was no warning, so there was nothing you could do. On the bright side, it has surfaced on Desura as a pre-order, so it might just end up returning.

Desura have it listed with the following in the games description,

"Updated 1 week ago, Coming Mar 1, 2015 Point and Click"

So I wonder if Median 4 or someone else are still finishing off new rights or something.

there was a big piss up about episode 3 not being released on vhs whiel the other 5 were and lucas relented and had it released on vhs for a limited run

...i like vhs
