Hello, yesterday I finished downloading (finally) the POE 2 Deadfire, but after installing it, and trying to play, I get an error that says that due to a problem with Windows the program must be closed.
Did someone have my same problem?

Posts thread title in English, proceeds with thread body in Spanish. Seems legit.

Do you get any other error messages?
Did you install using Galaxy or the Classic Installer?
Where is the game installed (what's the install folder path)?
Do you get into the game at all (past the intro screen, into the load/new game screen) or does it immediately terminate when you try to start the game?
What system are you on (Mac, Linux, Windows - if the latter, what OS variety: 7, 10)?

1-I only have that message
2- use the classic installer
3- the game is installed in D / programs files (x86) / GOG / Pillars of eternity ii dead fire
4- when I double click on the shortcut (and tremble in the .exe file of the game folder) the screen remains white and the message appears
5- I use Windows 7

Thank you
Sounds like a missing dependency. I'd send in a support ticket and see if they can get you straight. Otherwise they can get you refunded.

Again, submit a support ticket and support can better help you solve this. You can log in at the top of that screen with your GOG login, and the support issue will be tied to your account.
Those look like the Galaxy installers (note the 'g' at the end of the file names.) This isn't an issue per se, but if you don't have the Galaxy client installed, it may be looking for it when you launch the game. Not sure.

Are you starting the game from a desktop con or start menu shortcut?

Aside from that, I'd suggest installing outside Programs folders, as Windows sometimes gets a bit picky about read/write permissions in those folders. Try installing somewhere like D:/Games or something like that.

try from the start menu, from the desktop shortcut and from the game folder (installed). Thank you, I will try what you have told me and in the afternoon I will take a picture of the problem (if it persists). If I can not solve it with your help, I will contact the support team.

I solved the problem. Could not update the windows drivers properly and created incompatibilities.
Thanks for the help comments
