chefsessel: I wonder if there is any service out there that specializes in printing GOG manual stuff or will simply accept the PDFs and print me manuals and goodies of my games at a quality that comes close to the original - for a reasonable price?

ZFR: Consider that it might be cheaper to buy a second hand copy on eBay with all the goodies.
As someone who uses ebay a lot, that may not necessarily be true. I've seen boxed versions go for some hefty sums and the boxes plus goodies weren't even in mint condition.
