Hi, I have recently gotten the D&D Collections and Pool of Radiance just opens in a blank white screen. Thanks.
Pool of Radiance runs using DosBox, try changing it from full screen to windowed? See this thread.
You can try to find the game directory (Pool of Radiance, I guess) in your Start Menu.
In it there should be a Graphic Mode Setup link, run it and change the options to whatever works best for you.

These are the options I usually use for most DOSBox games:

I too am on a Mac and had the same "White Screen of Death" issue. For those not on a Mac, we don't seem to have a Graphic Mode Setup in our game directory. Dave_Cook84, did you ever get a resolution?

Here's how I resolved it:
(TL/DR: Change the "sdl" settings in the dosbox_por.conf file to match your system.)
1) Open Finder and go to Applications.
2) Right click on Pool of Radiance and select Show Package Contents.
3) Navigate down to /Applications/Pool of Radiance.app/Contents/Resources/game
4) Right click on the dosbox_por.conf file and select Open With > TextEdit.
5) Under the [sdl] section I had to change two settings to get the game to work. Here are my edits:
fullresolution=original
output=opengl
6) Save the file and take the game for a spin.
