I have downloaded Panzer General 2 and when I tried to install it a server problem notification popped up or the never-ending circle/ring shows up after I click install. The virtual assistant hasn't been much help- it keeps telling to upload and attach the DXDiag report. It also asked what system I have, which is a Windows 10 64 bit? Is this system compatible? Do I need to upgrade to Windows 11?

Merry Christmas, What you've actually downloaded is the game + GOG Galaxy stub installer. You then ran into a networking issue with GOG Galaxy that left you unable to install the game. There's a good chance you can solve this issue if you Disable IPv6 and restart your system.

Alternatively, you can use a web browser to download the offline installer for the game from your library. You'll only miss out on cloud saves by not using GOG Galaxy with this game. That's an understatement. DXDiag isn't relevant since you're unable to install the game in the first place. It's marked as compatible with Windows (7, 8, 10, 11).
