hi guys i have a late 2009 imac and was wondering if there was a way to get it to work with the older mac OS as the updated GOG requires Mac OS 10.15 or higher. Thanks in advance!
If it is about GOG Galaxy, it has a dedicated forum where your question would have a better visibility: https://www.gog.com/forum/general_beta_gog_galaxy_2.0

See my post in the GOG Galaxy forum.
I use Galaxy 1.2 in Windows. I'm not sure if it works on Mac or not, but I think maybe it does.

And if it does, then it's a much better option than any version of Galaxy 2.0 is, all of which are terrible abominations IMO.
I'm a fan of the offline installers. Unless you really crave achievements you don't really the Galaxy software.

GOG is the store, Galaxy is the client, or if you like GOG Galaxy, but not GOG on its own if you are talking about the client ... the client being what you can use to view your GOG library and download games with and even play them. Not that Galaxy is needed unless you care about Achievements or the many games that require it for Multiplayer.

Many folk here don't use the Galaxy client, but instead download the Offline Installers directly via their library web page or a third party program like gogcli.exe or gogrepo.py, both of which interact with the official GOG SDK or API.
