I have a Joystick .. The Logitech Wingman Digital Extreme. (Game port connector)

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with / using (mixed digital signal type) a Joystick converter like the .. Mayflash USB to Gameport Adapter? I'm thinking about getting one.

Would be nice to get this working with Red Baron, F117, Comanche and other games. None of
my working computers have a game-port connector.
