Sadly, yes.According to other devs writing on the forum, you can expect waiting for weeks (sometimes months) for reply, and it's not guaranteed that you will receive any.

Out of curiosity - what is the game you've submitted?

Basically there's a general rule that if you won't receive any answer in two weeks this means your game has been declined. You should've however received an automated message at least. So if that's not the case, maybe it was flagged as a spam.
