Probably a stupid question but how do you install a game you have to download in parts?

You simply download all the parts to one folder, and then double-click on the .exe file to start the install process.
EDIT: To clarify, download all the files into the same folder. You should have an installer file ending in .exe, and a few others ending in .bin. If you then double-click the .exe file which should begin with "setup", it should take care of the whole installation process.

It automatically extracts from the parts when you run setup exe from the first part.

If you can't see the exe extension (because it's usually hidden). The exe file will probably be the golden icon/disc...
