I recently upgraded my PC with an RTX 3080 (exactly this model https://productz.com/en/evga-geforce-rtx-3080-ftw3-ultra-gaming/p/ZVR1l) and so far I'm more than happy with the performance. Now I'm not sure if my PSU Corsair RM650x is good for this card?

MSI Z490-A Pro MoBo
16G Ram@3000
1TB SSD 2TB HDD

Oooh, a Core i9! I tried to stay in budget, so I discarded the Comet Lake-S i9 CPU while planning for the build.

For the PSU: NVIDIA official requirements for the RTX 3080 ask for at least a 750W PSU, so I wouldn't be calm and quiet if I were in you (and you have a power-hungry Core i9 too!)...
