What do have to agree to in order to use the cloud?

I am at the point where I don't any "new Accounts." In todays world, companies want you to have an account to buy a stick of gum, walk past their store, look in their general direction, wake up in the morning on a mattress you bought five years ago.

You need to be logged in to the service you used to purchase the game, and there's a check to make sure you actually own the game (and are not, say, using a pirated copy).
