For some reason I was thinking if no one else was having this problem, what do I have different than most people? Since I have my computer in the living room and use it for a HTPC, I have a Airmouse that I use (Aerb 2.4G Mini Wireless Keyboard Mouse ). So I disconnected it and put in a cordless mouse and keyboard and now it works.

Don't know why that would crash the program, but it did.
Does that mouse use any sort of software suite that runs in the background?

Titanium: This is quickly becoming a running joke in this thread, but is it perhaps a BadBlocker?
I am asking because I've seen games get blocked (King of Dragon Pass comes to mind...) by various software suites for mobile phones or mice & keyboards or even Chrome itself.
