I used the search function, but sadly without any results.
Some games on the frontpage are showing a small clock symbol where normally the "wishlisted" heart would be. If you move the mouse over it, it says "Last chance".
So far I only saw it on Ubisoft games. (Rayman Origins, Assassins Creed)

Any thoughts on this? Will this games be removed from the gog catalog?

Nope . They just will not be on sale on the " encore day " .
Look out for games labelled "Last Chance" on the front page - it's the final opportunity to get the discount in the Big Fall Sale.

Ubisoft and all major AAA publishers have given up on GOG and any other services aside from Steam and Origin and uPlay, so it is indeed your last chance to get any of these games client-free. Indies will soon follow suit, too, using only Steam. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
