After clicking the manual download link it sends me to a white blank page with the text:

Any idea what's going on?

Same issue for me with Torchlight II.

In the German forum people had the same issue. It looks like a server hiccup. One user mentioned that after waiting about 30 min. the download worked.

This happened to me with a different game as well. I was about to click it again and take a screenshot to send with a bug report, but then it worked.
