If any of you are interested in playing this, I think I got it working.
Because I'm slow, It took me a while to figure it out. The following is just a guide on how to get it on to your computer.

1.) First download the free game, 'Dink Smallwood' at the link that was provided.
2.) Install the game.
3.) Open the game, there you will see the clickable option of 'Add-On Quests.' Hit that.
4.) At the bottom right corner, you'll see 'Install by URL.' Hit that.
5.) Copy the following text: http://files.dinknetwork.com/dmod/sob.dmod
6.) Hit the [tap here to paste] in the game.
7.) At the bottom right corner, you'll see 'Continue.' Hit that.

And the game should download from there.
