You can do this with your ad blocker if you get the users id. For me I right clicking on or around the user name and inspecting element and look for the gog-user bit. If you contact the folks behind jerkmuter they might be willing to add the functionality to filter reviewers.
Dunno about adblocker compatibility I use uBlock.
For reviews:
www.gog.com##.user-review:has(span[gog-user="insert users id here"])

The forum version is :
www.gog.com##.big_post_h:has(span[gog-user="insert users id here"])
though you will still see them in quoted replies.
